Fitness on ice lasts 75 minutes. Innovative classes for adults and teens who are comfortable with ice skating. Conducted by a professional from Ice&Fun.
A multidimensional training which consists of a warm-up, free skating exercises with music focused on the lower, middle and upper body parts, skating between the borders, simple rhythmic exercises and a short choreographic arrangement. It’s completed with a relaxing session of free skating and individual guidance for those interested in it. The difficulty level of every class is determined by the instructor based on the observed skating abilities of the attendees.
